Have you ever seen such? In the world of couture I think people expect a bit of the theatrical; they expect a spectacle. The Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda A/W '14 presentation is nothing short of magical. The Italian designers presented this exquisite collection, cliffside on Capri, as Hamish Bowles and Anna Wintour (and a bunch of European royals) looked on. Models arrived barefoot on boat. The collection is so feminine, so glamorous, so....everything. The full, striped skirts are sublime. I can't imagine how dreamy it must have been to be there. There's something so southern about it to me.
